The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, in particular to an active tilting device, a control method, a bogie suspension system and a railway vehicle. The active tilting device comprises a pair of air springs, a differential pressure valve, a pair of altitude valves and a pair of adjusting rods, wherein the pair of air springs are respectively suitable for being connected between a vehicle body and a bogie frame of the vehicle and are respectively suitable for being connected to the two sides of the vehicle body along the length direction; the differential pressure valve is connected between the pair of air springs; the pair of altitude valves are respectively connected between the pair of air springs and an air cylinder assembly of the vehicle body; and the pair of adjusting rods are connected between the bogie frame and the pair of altitude valves respectively and are arranged parallel to the height directions of the air springs. In the process that the vehicle runs on a curve road section, the pair of altitude valves are driven to drive the pair of air springs respectively to achieve air extracting or air exhaust by changing the lengths of the pair of adjusting rods respectively. The active tilting device is simple in structure and easy to control, can perform active compensation on the vehicle body posture of the vehicle running in a curve line, and hasvery high reliability.

    本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,尤其涉及主动倾摆装置及控制方法、转向架悬挂系统、轨道车辆。该主动倾摆装置包括:一对空气弹簧,分别适于连接在车辆的车体和转向架构架之间,并且分别适于连接在车体沿长度方向的两侧;差压阀,连接于一对空气弹簧之间;一对高度阀,分别连接于一对空气弹簧以及车体的风缸组件之间;一对调整棒,分别连接于转向架构架和一对高度阀之间,并与空气弹簧的高度方向平行设置,在车辆行驶于曲线路段过程中,通过改变一对调整棒各自的长度,分别驱动一对高度阀各自带动一对空气弹簧实现抽气或排气。该主动倾摆装置的结构简单、易于控制,能够对曲线线路中行驶的车辆进行车体姿态的主动补偿,并具有很高的可靠性。
