The invention discloses a variable cross-section ultrathin vehicle body supporting beam structure. The supporting beam structure is characterized by comprising a supporting plate shaped like a Chinesecharacter'ji ', a variable cross-section bearing beam, an ultrathin double-wing-surface supporting element, a longitudinal supporting beam, a transverse impact plate, a transverse anti-falling beam,a penetrating assembly, an air spring positioning element and a drainage partition plate, wherein the supporting plate is located on the variable cross-section bearing beam and the ultrathin double-wing-surface supporting element, the upper end of the supporting plate is connected with the longitudinal supporting beam, the transverse impact plate and the transverse anti-falling beam. The supporting beam structure belongs to a set of novel structure which is completely and independently researched and developed, and the supporting beam structure with the requirement is not designed in domesticrail vehicles. According to the supporting beam structure, integration of various functions of electricity, a vehicle body, a bogie and the like can be achieved in a discontinuous smaller space rangeand a thinner area, the high-load requirement of the ASMERT2-2014 standard of American Mechanical Engineers is met, finally the technical breakthrough of project research and development is achieved,and the problem that no variable-cross-section ultrathin vehicle body supporting beam structure design scheme exists in American-standard subway vehicle design at present in China is solved.

    一种变截面超薄车体支撑梁结构,其特征在于:包括“几”字形支撑板、变截面承载梁、超薄双翼面支撑元件、纵向支撑梁、横向撞击板、横向防脱梁、贯穿组件、空气簧定位元件、排水隔板,支撑板位于变截面承载梁、超薄双翼面支撑元件的上部,上端与纵向支撑梁、横向撞击板、横向防脱梁连接,本发明属于一套完全自主研发的新结构,在国内轨道车辆中未设计有此种要求的支撑梁结构。本发明的这种支撑梁,可以在不连续的更小空间范围、更薄的区域、实现电气、车体、转向架等各项功能的集成、满足美国机械工程师学会ASMERT2‑2014标准的高载荷要求,最终实现项目研发的技术突破,解决目前国内在美标地铁车辆设计上无变截面超薄车体支撑梁结构设计方案的问题。
