The invention discloses an automatic emergency brake method based on vehicle mass identification, comprising the following steps: step 1, establishing an automatic emergency brake system and a TTC safety distance model of automatic emergency brake, and setting an ideal TTC threshold value; step 2, obtaining practical total mass of a vehicle according to operation data of the vehicle by combining with a longitudinal kinematic model of the vehicle; and step 3, establishing and substituting a kinematic model based on vehicle load into the practical total mass, identified in the step 2, of the vehicle to correct the ideal TTC threshold value, and triggering an automatic emergency brake system while a real-time TTC value of the current vehicle and the last vehicle is smaller than the correctedTTC threshold value. By taking influences on brake performance of the practical mass of the vehicle into consideration, the method guarantees good brake performance under any load of the vehicle, effectively prevents occurrence of a collision accident in a vehicle traveling process, and improves driving comfort.

    本发明公开了一种基于车辆质量辨识的自动紧急制动方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、搭建自动紧急制动系统,同时建立自动紧急制动的TTC安全距离模型,设定理想TTC门槛值;步骤2、结合车辆的纵向运动学模型,根据车辆的运行数据,通过实时辨识获得车辆实际总质量;步骤3、建立基于车辆负载的运动学模型,通过代入步骤2辨识的车辆实际总质量,对理想TTC门槛值进行校正,得到当前负载下的TTC门槛值,当自车与前车的实时TTC值小于校正后的TTC门槛值时触发自动紧急制动系统。本发明考虑了车辆实际质量对制动性能的影响,该方法保证了车辆在任何负载下都拥有良好的制动性能,有效的防止车辆行驶过程中碰撞事故的发生,同时提高了驾驶的舒适性。
