The invention discloses a rigidity-variable electric automobile independent suspension interconnection control device. The device comprises a frame, four groups of interconnection air pressure controlloops and four independent air suspensions, wherein the frame is used for supporting a whole interconnection assembly, the four independent air suspensions are used for achieving variable suspensionrigidity, the interconnection air pressure control loops are used for achieving variable rigidity and interconnection of air springs, and when the suspension on one side is lifted due to ground impact, the air suspension spring on the side is subjected to pressure relief to lower the air suspension on the side, and the suspension air springs on the other three sides are subjected to boosting to lift the suspensions on the three sides, so that the balance and the stability of a whole automobile body when an automobile runs on an uneven road surface are ensured. The device is suitable for the electric automobile driven by a hub motor, the stability control of the automobile body can be realized, and the riding comfort and the driving stability of the whole automobile are improved.

    本发明公开一种可变刚度的电动汽车独立悬架互联控制装置。包括车架、4组互联气压控制回路和4个独立空气悬架组成。车架用支撑整个互联组件,四个独立空气悬架用于实现悬架刚度可变,互联液压控制回路用于实现空气弹簧刚度可变且互联。当某一侧悬架受到地面冲击而抬高时,该侧空气悬架弹簧卸压而降低,另外三侧悬架空气弹簧升压而使悬架抬高。从而保证车辆在凹凸不平路面上行驶时整个车身的平衡稳定。本发明适用于轮毂电机驱动的电动汽车,可实现车身的平稳性控制,提高整车的乘坐舒适性、行驶稳定性。
