After the tower tube weld joint anti-suction deviceis installed on the wall-climbing robot, when the wall-climbing robot passes by longitudinal weld joints and transverse weld joints on a tower tube, no matter how large the opening angle of movable supporting arms is and how small the distance between the suction cup faces of the magnetic suction cups and the surface of the tower tube is, the magnetic suction cups can be supported through rollingshafts arranged at the ends and in the middles of the magnetic suction cups and rolling shafts at the two ends of the magnetic suction cups, so that the magnetic suction cups cannot be sucked to weldjoints protruding out of the surface of the tower tube, the attraction stop accident easily occurring when the wall-climbing robot passes by the weld joints on the tower tube is effectively avoided, and it is guaranteed that the fan tower tube is smoothly cleaned by the wall-climbing robot.

    本发明涉及一种爬壁机器人的塔筒焊缝防吸合装置及防吸合方法,在爬壁机器人的位于磁吸盘前、后端的机架上设置塔筒横焊缝防吸合机构,在紧邻磁吸盘前、后端的机架上设置塔筒纵焊缝防吸合机构。本发明通过在爬壁机器人上安装塔筒焊缝防吸合装置之后,可使爬壁机器人在经过塔筒上的纵焊缝和横焊缝时,即使活动支臂的张开角度再大,磁吸盘的吸合盘面与塔筒表面之间的间距再小,也会通过设置在磁吸盘端部和中部的滚轴、通过设置在磁吸盘两端的滚轴,对磁吸盘起到一个支撑作用,使磁吸盘不能与外凸于塔筒表面的焊缝相吸合,从而有效避免了爬壁机器人在经过塔筒上的焊缝时极易出现的吸停事故,保障了爬壁机器人清洗风机塔筒作业的顺利完成。
