The dq equivalentcircuit impedance model of a power generation unit is established, and the problem that the external characteristics of the electro-magnetic salient pole type generator are difficult to express is solved. A phase-locked loop transfer matrix and a direct-current bus voltage control loop are integrated into the calculation process of a doubly-fed asynchronous motor equivalent impedance matrix, a current reference value of a power supply side converter is expressed through direct-current bus voltage PI control, and the influence of direct-current bus voltage PI control parameters on the overall stability of a system can be reflected; by integrating a transfer function between stator voltage disturbance and phase-locked loop output angle disturbance into the calculation process of the equivalent impedance matrix of the doubly-fed asynchronous motor, the influence of phase-locked loop PI control parameters on the overall stability is also embodied. The equivalent impedance introduced by considering the impedance of the system itself and the control effect of each control loop is an effective means for analyzing the stability of input and output small signals of the system.
