The invention discloses an electric vehicle alternating current charging gun capable of integrating a control circuit inside.     本发明公开一种可集成控制电路于内部的电动汽车交流充电枪,包括电源插头、高压线缆、线缆防水塞、防尘盖、尾盖、控制模块、外壳、上盖、开关、挂钩和插芯组件,由于线缆防水塞、控制模块集成设计于外壳内部,去掉传统模式二控制盒部分的外壳及结构件,控制模块直接与插芯组件连接,不需要传统控制盒与充电枪之间的高压电缆,节省了物料及模具开发成本,体积更加小型化、更加轻便;高压线缆、线缆防水塞、尾盖、外壳、开关与插芯组件之间是密封连接,至少减少了四处漏水隐患,使得充电枪的防护等级在现有IP67的基础上防护性能进一步得到保证,保护外壳内部各结构件及功能件不受外界侵蚀,且整体设计考虑到人体工程学,比例协调,外观流线设计,实用舒适,优雅美观。
