The invention relates to a wind power blade detection robot, which is technically characterized by comprising a vehicle body, an integral connection structure and an encircling detection mechanism, wherein the vehicle body comprises a vehicle frame, four wheels installed on the two sides of the vehicle frame, a motor installed at the bottom part of the vehicle frame and connected with the four wheels, and a permanent magnet adsorption device installed at the bottom part of the vehicle frame; the integral connection structure comprises a fixing device connected with the vehicle frame, a movingdevice installed on the fixing device and an encircling detection mechanism connecting body installed on the moving device; and the surrounding detection mechanism comprises a surrounding frame connected with the surrounding detection mechanism connecting body, a camera, a moving frame and a pair of blade attaching mechanisms, the camera and the moving frame are installed on the surrounding frame,and the blade attaching mechanisms are installed on the inner side of the moving frame. The wind power blade detection robot realizes the detection function of wind power blades, improves the equipment operation safety, satisfies the safety production requirement, shortens the construction period, reduces the labor intensity of workers, the operation cost and potential safety hazards, and has theadvantages of being safe, capable of saving labor, easy, convenient to use and efficient.

    本发明涉及一种风电叶片检测机器人,其技术特点是:包括车体、整体连接结构和环抱检测机构,车体包括车架、安装在车架两侧的四个车轮、安装在车架底部并与四个车轮相连接的电机以及安装在车架底部的永磁吸附装置;整体连接结构包括与车架相连接的固定装置、安装在固定装置上的移动装置及安装在移动装置上的环抱检测机构连接体;环抱检测机构包括与环抱检测机构连接体相连接的环抱架、安装在环抱架上的摄像头和移动架以及安装在移动架内侧的一对叶片贴合机构。本发明实现对风电叶片的检测功能,提高了设备运行安全性,满足了安全生产要求,缩短了施工周期,降低了工人的劳动强度、运营成本及安全隐患,具有安全、省力、简便、高效的特点。
