The invention discloses a light-weight low-cost parallel-flow evaporator which comprises two collecting pipes arranged in parallel. A refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet are formed in each collecting pipe; a core body with the thickness ranging from 25 to 28 mm is installed between the two collecting pipes; the core body comprises multiple flat pipes communicating with the collecting pipes;the multiple flat pipes are arranged in parallel in a single-layer mode from top to bottom; fins are fixedly installed on the upper side and the lower side of each flat pipe; and the fins and the flat pipes are alternately arranged at intervals. According to the light-weight low-cost parallel-flow evaporator provided by the invention, a core body structure is optimized, an existing double-layer flat pipe structure is optimized into a single-layer flat pipe structure, and the core body thickness wasted in a middle process of the double-layer flat pipes is removed; furthermore, the structures of the flat pipes are optimized, so that the effective contact width of the fins and the flat pipes is increased; and on the whole, the cost of raw materials can be reduced by 15 percent while the performance of a single-layer evaporator core body with the core body thickness of 26 mm is ensured to reach the refrigeration capacity of an original 38 mm double-layer flat pipe parallel-flow evaporatorcore body.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化低成本的平行流蒸发器,包括两个相互平行设置的集流管,集流管上设有冷媒进口和冷媒出口,两个集流管之间安装有厚度为25~28mm的芯体,芯体包括多个与集流管连通的扁管,多个扁管从上至下单层平行排列,每个扁管的上下两侧均固定安装有翅片,翅片与所述扁管间隔交替布置,本发明通过对芯体结构进行优化,将其由现有的双层扁管结构优化为单层扁管结构,去掉了双层扁管中间工艺浪费的芯体厚度;进一步的,通过对扁管结构进行优化,提高了翅片与扁管的有效接触宽度;总体可实现以26mm芯体厚度单层蒸发器芯体在保证性能达到原38mm双层扁管平行流蒸发器芯体制冷能力的同时,原材料成本减少15%。
