The invention discloses a deceleration strip device capable of changing a steepness degree according to speed changes. The deceleration strip device comprises a speed reducer body. A communicating groove with an upward opening is formed in the speed reducer body, a speed reducer is arranged in the communicating groove, and the speed reducer comprises sliding blocks which are located in the communicating groove in a bilateral symmetry mode and connected in a sliding mode. A sliding groove is formed in each sliding block, a transmission shaft is rotatably connected to the rear wall of the sliding groove, the transmission shaft extends backwards to the exterior of the sliding groove to be fixedly connected with a deceleration strip, an abutting spring is connected between each sliding block and the wall body of the communicating groove, and a slip groove is formed in the lower side of the communicating groove; and a threaded block is slidably connected into the slip groove, a connecting rod is connected between the threaded block and the deceleration strip, and a sliding connection groove is formed in the right side of the communicating groove.
