The invention relates to a prefabricated rail top air duct unit which is characterized in that an air duct top plate, an air duct bottom plate and two air duct side plates are combined into an integrated prefabricated box-shaped structure, and two transverse ends of the air duct top plate are respectively provided with a side embedded rib used for being connected with an air duct reinforcing bar on a station middle plate. In addition, the invention further relates to a mounting structure and a construction method of the rail top air duct, each air duct unit of the rail top air duct adopts theprefabricated rail top air duct unit, each air duct reinforcing bar of the station middle plate is respectively connected with each lateral embedded bar in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and theair duct top plate is at least partially embedded into the station middle plate. By adopting the integrally prefabricated box-shaped structure, the problems existing in cast-in-place rail top air ductconstruction can be avoided, and the overall structural strength is remarkably superior to that of a conventional U-shaped air duct unit; the air duct top plate is at least partially built in the station middle plate, the cooperative stress performance of the air duct top plate and the station middle plate is good, the reliability and stability of the connecting structure of the rail top air ductand the station middle plate can be remarkably improved, and therefore the running safety of the rail top air duct is higher.

    本发明涉及一种预制轨顶风道单元,其风道顶板、风道底板及两块风道侧板结合为一体预制箱型结构,风道顶板的两个横向端分别设有用于与车站中板上的风道配筋相连接的侧方预埋筋。另外还涉及轨顶风道的安装结构及施工方法,轨顶风道的各风道单元均采用上述预制轨顶风道单元,车站中板的各风道配筋一一对应地分别与各侧方预埋筋连接,风道顶板至少部分地埋入车站中板内。采用一体预制的箱型结构可避免现浇轨顶风道施工存在的问题并且整体结构强度显著地优于常规的U型风道单元;风道顶板至少部分地筑入车站中板内,二者协同受力性能较佳,能显著地提高轨顶风道与车站中板的连接结构可靠性和稳定性,因此轨顶风道的运行安全性更高。
