The invention relates to a battery-driven emergency operation device for a hoist and a working method of the battery-driven emergency operation device. The battery-driven emergency operation device comprises a power supply driving assembly and a hydraulic control system, wherein the power supply driving assembly comprises a battery pack and a direct current motor; the hydraulic control system comprises a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor and an oil tank; oil ports in two ends of the hydraulic motor are connected with the oil tank through a first pipeline and a second pipeline respectively; thehydraulic pump is driven by the direct current motor and is connected to the first pipeline in series; branch pipelines are connected to the first pipeline and the second pipeline and are close to the hydraulic motor; stop valves are arranged on the branch pipelines; the bottom ends of the branch pipelines are introduced into hydraulic oil in the oil tank; an output shaft of the hydraulic motor is connected with a motor shaft of the hoist or an input shaft of a speed reducer; and the battery pack is connected with the direct current motor through an electric quick plug wire. In an emergency,the hoist can quickly execute emergency operation and is easy and convenient to operate and control.

    本发明涉及一种电池驱动型卷扬启闭机应急操作装置及其工作方法,所述电池驱动型应急操作装置包括电源驱动组件和液压控制系统,电源驱动组件包括电池包和直流电机,所述液压控制系统包括液压泵、液压马达和油箱,所述液压马达的两端油口分别通过第一、二管路与油箱连接,所述液压泵由直流电机驱动且串联于第一管路上,所述第一、二管路上且临近液压马达处均连接有分支管路,所述分支管路上设有截止阀,所述分支管路的底端通入油箱内的液压油中,所述液压马达的输出轴与卷扬启闭机的电机轴或减速器的输入轴相连接;所述电池包与直流电机之间通过电气快插线连接;突发情况时,本发明的卷扬机启闭机可快速执行应急操作,且操作控制简便。
