The invention discloses a centralized control system of automatic gas lift soil sampling for open caisson sinking construction. The centralized control system comprises a control system and a positioning system, wherein the positioning system is used for determining spatial coordinate information of gas lift soil sampling equipment; the control system comprises a data storage unit, a route presetunit, an operation planning unit and a control unit, wherein the data storage unit is used for receiving and storing a preset path of the gas lift soil sampling equipment; the route preset unit is connected to the data storage unit and sets corresponding coordinate point data according to the preset path; the operation planning unit divides the mud suction operation into N circulation operations according to the depth H of mud to be sucked; and the control unit is connected with the data storage unit, the route preset unit and the positioning system. By means of the control system, the positioning system, a video system and a safety fault system, the centralized control system achieves accurate automatic soil sampling operation of the gantry crane hoisting gas lift soil sampling equipment.

    本发明公开了一种用于沉井下沉施工的自动化气举取土集中控制系统,包括控制系统和定位系统,其中,所述定位系统用于确定所述气举取土设备所在的空间坐标信息;所述控制系统包括:数据存储单元,其接收并储存所述气举取土设备的预设路径;路线预设单元,其连接于所述数据存储单元,并根据所述预设路径设置相应的坐标点数据;作业规划单元,其根据待吸泥深度H,将吸泥作业分为N个循环作业;控制单元,其与所述数据存储单元、所述路线预设单元、所述定位系统连接。本发明的集中控制系统借助于控制系统、定位系统、视频系统和安全故障系统,实现门式起重机吊装气举取土设备的精确自动取土作业。
