The invention discloses a flexible buffer crane hook. The flexible buffer crane hook comprises a pulley block mechanism, a flexible buffer mechanism and a hook mechanism, wherein the pulley block mechanism, the flexible buffer mechanism and the hook mechanism are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The flexible buffer mechanism comprises a flexible buffer beam, a main frame, two elastic parts and two carrier rollers arranged in parallel, the flexible buffer beam is arranged in the main frame, arc bearing faces are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the flexible buffer beam, and the two carrier rollers are connected with the main frame in a sliding manner. The opposite sides of the two carrier rollers are tangent to the two arc bearing faces correspondingly, the opposite sidesof the two carrier rollers are connected with two elastic parts correspondingly, and the two elastic parts are both fixed to the main frame. The technical problems that in the prior art, when goods are lifted and unloaded through a hook, force borne by a whole lifting system changes sharply, particularly when the load is too large, the force bearing condition of the system is severe, and impact is huge when the goods are taken and placed are solved.
