The invention discloses an engineering machinery anti-tipping control system and control method thereof. The control system comprises an inclination angle sensor, a comparator and a controller, the deviation angle of the engineering machine is obtained by processing an inclination angle detection signal of the engineering machine, the comparator judges whether the deviation angle deviates from anadjusting threshold value or not, the controller further judges and processes the deviation angle; and the engineering machine is controlled by the instruction to timely lock dangerous actions and timely control the adjusting actions of support legs and a suspension arm of the engineering machine, so that the engineering machine is always in a balanced safety state, and the tipping accident of theengineering machine is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种工程机械防倾翻控制系统及其控制方法,控制系统包括倾角传感器、比较器和控制器,通过对工程机械的倾角检测信号的处理,获得工程机械的偏移角度,比较器判断偏移角度是否偏离调节阈值,由控制器进一步判断处理,指令控制工程机械工程机械及时锁定危险动作,及时控制工程机械的支腿和吊臂调节动作,使始终处于平衡安全状态,从而避免了工程机械倾翻事故的发生。
