The invention discloses an inertia force absorption self-generating handrail based on a dielectric elastomer. The handrail comprises a handrail rod buckling frame, a working box is arranged at the bottom of the handrail rod buckling frame, a connecting and fixing top seat is fixedly connected to the bottom of the working box, and a dielectric elastic power generator is fixedly connected to the bottom of the connecting and fixing top seat; and a movable sliding plate is installed on the rear side of the dielectric elastic power generator, an inertia force absorbing device is installed between the work box and the movable sliding plate, and the inertia force absorbing device can further generate resilience deformation on the dielectric elastic body after inertia force is finished. Accordingto the inertia force absorption self-generating handrail based on the dielectric elastomer, the dielectric elastic generator can complete secondary power generation through inertia of a human body andresilience force generated by the inertia force absorption device, the inertia force of the human body is effectively utilized, the energy reutilization criterion advocated by the nation is met, mostinertia force is absorbed. Therefore, the arms of the user are protected, and the user feels more comfortable to hold.
