The invention discloses an anti-collision and anti-flooding charging pile device which comprises a base. Due to the fact that a underground garage is prone to being flooded by water, the device can move upwards when encountering water, electric appliances areprevented from being affected with damp, a self-cleaning function can be started after water retreats, and residual sewage on a plane is removed. According to the device, a wind direction can be changed by changing the directions of fan blades, and the heat dissipation or drying effect can be achieved freely.
