The invention discloses a rotating speed control method and system of an electric air conditioner compressor. The method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining a current gear of anair blower, and determining an optimal compressor rotating speed corresponding to the current gear; and S2, enabling the compressor to rotate based on the optimal compressor rotating speed, wherein the optimal compressor rotating speed is the maximum rotating speed value with a relatively small cockpit noise influence. Cost is not increased, double requirements of a driver and passengers for refrigeration and noise reduction can be met only through an electric air conditioner compressor control strategy, complaints of the passengers for a noise in an automobile are avoided, and therefore complaints of the customers for the high noise of the electric compressor are eliminated.
