The invention discloses a satellite heat dissipation device. The device comprises satellite heat pipes, a soaking layer and a heat dissipation coating layer, wherein the soaking layer is composed of graphene with submicron thickness, and the heat dissipation coating layer comprises the following raw materials of, in parts by weight, 1 part of spherical graphene, 0.01-0.1 part of interface fusion agent, 0.1-0.3 part of graphitizable macromolecular oligomer, 0.2-0.6 part of hyperbranched carbosilane and 0.06-0.1 part of peroxide cross-linking agent. According to the satellite heat dissipation device, the heat dissipation efficiency is greatly improved, meanwhile, the energy consumption is greatly reduced in the field of radiation heating, and in addition, the coating can resist cosmic ray radiation and is very suitable for heat dissipation of satellite heat pipes.

    本发明公开了一种卫星散热装置,包括卫星热管、均热层以及散热涂料层,所述均热层是由亚微米厚度的石墨烯组成;所述散热涂料层的原料按重量份计包括:1份球形石墨烯、0.01‑0.1份界面融合剂、0.1‑0.3份可石墨化高分子低聚物、0.2‑0.6重量份超支化碳硅烷以及0.06‑0.1份过氧化物交联剂。本发明的卫星散热装置极大提高了散热效率,同时在辐射加热领域极大的减少了能源消耗;另外此涂料可以耐宇宙射线辐射,非常适用于卫星热管散热。
