The invention discloses a low-standby-power-consumption direct-current charger, which comprises a main machine and a supporting frame, wherein the main machine is fixed to the ground through the supporting frame, and a winding mechanism is arranged on one side of the main machine; the winding mechanism comprises a first motor, a rotating shaft, a rotating drum, a baffle, an electric wire and a charging gun, a control module and a charging module are arranged in the main machine, the control module is electrically connected with the charging gun through the charging module, and a switching circuit is arranged between the control module and the charging module. The low-standby-power-consumption direct-current charger has the beneficial effects that by means of the winding mechanism, when thecharging gun does not work, an electric wire can be automatically wound, and the practicability of the charger is improved; the on-off of the first triode, the second triode, the third triode and thefourth triode is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer; the on-off of the magnetic latching relay is realized, the energy-saving effect is achieved according to the characteristics of the magnetic latching relay, the solid-state relay can prevent potential safety hazards under the condition that contacts of the magnetic latching relay are adhered, and the reliability of the charger is improved.

    本发明公开了一种低待机功耗直流充电机,包括主机和支撑架,主机通过支撑架固定在地面上,所述主机的一侧设有收卷机构;收卷机构包括第一电机、转轴、转筒、挡板、电线和充电枪,主机的内部设有控制模块和充电模块,控制模块通过充电模块与充电枪电连接,控制模块与充电模块之间设有开关电路。本发明的有益效果是:由收卷机构能够实现在充电枪不工作的时候,对电线进行自动收卷,提高充电机的实用性;由单片机来控制第一三极管、第二三极管、第三三极管以及第四三极管的通断,实现磁保持继电器的通断,根据磁保持继电器的特性,起到节能的作用,由固态继电器能够起到防止磁保持继电器触点黏连的情况下发生安全隐患,提高了充电机的可靠性。
