The invention relates to the field of offshore ultra-large floating bodies, in particular to a damping type connector of an ultra-large floating body. The designed damping type connector of the ultra-large floating body is formed by two damping type connecting units in a connection mode, and each damping type connecting unit comprises a cylinder body, a piston, a piston rod and a water circulationchannel. The connecting ends of the piston rods extend into the cylinder bodies and are connected with the pistons, and the pistons divide inner cavities of the cylinder bodies into first cavities and second cavities. Each water circulation channel comprises a first through hole, a second through hole and a water tank. The first through holes and the second through holes are formed in the side walls of the cylinder bodies, and the water tanks are filled with water. The first through holes communicate with the first cavities, the second through holes communicate with the second cavities, and the water in the water tanks communicates with the first through holes and the second through holes. The driving ends of the piston rods of the two damping type connecting units are connected with eachother. According to the damping type connector of the ultra-large floating body, the load of the connector can be remarkably reduced, and the damping type connector has the advantages of being not prone to be damaged and being adjustable in damping.
本发明涉及海上超大型浮体领域,尤其涉及一种超大型浮体的阻尼式连接器。本发明所设计的超大型浮体的阻尼式连接器,它是由两个阻尼式连接单元连接组成,两个阻尼式连接单元均包括缸体、活塞、活塞杆和水流通通路,活塞杆的连接端伸入缸体内与活塞连接,活塞将缸体的内腔分隔为第一腔室和第二腔室,水流通通路包括开设缸体侧壁上的第一通孔和第二通孔以及装有水的水舱,第一通孔与第一腔室相连通,第二通孔与第二腔室相连通,水舱内的水与第一通孔和第二通孔相连通;两个阻尼式连接单元的活塞杆的驱动端相连接。本发明不仅能够显著减小连接器的载荷,而且具有不易损坏、阻尼大小可调的特点。
