The invention discloses an ultra-large floating structure which comprises multiple modules connected with one another. Each module comprises an upper deck, a lower floating body and hanging systems which are arranged between the upper deck and the lower floating body. According to the ultra-large floating structure, the hanging systems are installed between the upper decks and the lower floating bodies and can alleviate impact loads which are transmitted to the upper decks by waves through the lower floating bodies, attenuate vibration caused by the impact loads and control deformation among the modules on the ultra-large floating structure, the impact resisting and damping effects are good, the impact force caused by the waves and internal waves can be effectively reduced and buffered, and heaving, longitudinal shaking and transverse shaking of the decks can be effectively relieved.
