The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and particularly discloses an anti-static sanded wood composite material and a preparation method thereof. According to the composite material, polyacrylamide, activated carbon, clay and a coupling agent are used in cooperation for the first time, the dispersity and stability of nano-dioxide and conductive fibers in a high-content silica sand system are improved through the coupling agent, the antistatic property of the composite material is improved, and especially the durability of the antistatic property at the high temperature is improved; activated carbon and polyacrylamide are matched, rich pores in the activated carbon can adsorb the polyacrylamide, a large amount of amide and carboxyl hydrophilic groups of the polyacrylamide are used for adsorbing water, the water is locked in the activated carbon, the humidity in the composite material is greatly improved, the electric conductivity is increased, and thereforethe anti-static effect is improved. A C = O group in polyacrylamide can be bonded with silicon dioxide with oxygen deficiency on the surface so that the intermolecular interaction force is improved,and the stability of the composite material at high temperature is guaranteed.

    本发明属于复合材料技术领域,具体公开了一种防静电砂木复合材料及其制备方法。该复合材料首次采用聚丙烯酰胺、活性炭、黏土和偶联剂配合使用,利用偶联剂来提高纳米二氧化态和导电纤维在高含量硅砂体系中的分散性和稳定性,提高复合材料的抗静电性能,特别是高温下的抗静电性能的持久性;利用活性炭和聚丙烯酰胺两者配合,活性炭内部丰富的孔隙能吸附聚丙烯酰胺,并利用聚丙烯酰胺的大量酰胺和羧基亲水基团来吸附水分,并锁水于活性炭内部,大大提高了复合材料内部的湿度,增加了导电率,从而提高了抗静电效果;聚丙烯酰胺中的C=O基团能与表面缺氧的二氧化硅键合,提高了分子间的相互作用力,保证了复合材料在高温下的稳定性。
