The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and discloses a high-safety hoisting device for hoisting a concrete pole by a vacuum chuck. The high-safety hoisting device comprises a movable supporting mechanism, a horizontal rotating mechanism arranged at the upper end of the movable supporting mechanism, a grabbing arm implicated driving mechanism arranged on the side face of the horizontal rotating mechanism, a gripper rotating mechanism arranged at the front end of the grabbing arm implicated driving mechanism and a suction gripper mechanism arranged at the front end of the gripper rotating mechanism. The movable supporting mechanism is composed of a supporting bottom plate and electric driving trundles symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the supporting bottom plate, and the horizontal rotating mechanism is composed of a rotating base plate fixedly installed in the middle of the upper end of the supporting bottom plate and a rotating supporting assembly fixedly connected with the upper end of the rotating base plate. According to the high-safety hoisting device for hoisting the concrete pole by the vacuum chuck, the problems that atpresent, the pole shakes and deflects after being hoisted, certain potential safety hazards exist, meanwhile, the whole process is long in consumed time and large in consumed labor, and the cost is increased are solved.
