The invention provides a method for quickly installing accessory equipment of a large unit in a limited space. Field investigation is conducted on an air compressor plant, and a live-action BIM is established; three-dimensional hoisting simulation software is utilized for optimizing an auxiliary machine equipment entering and unloading scheme; according to the auxiliary machine equipment unloadingposition, an auxiliary machine equipment sliding in-place route is selected, and a sliding tool platform assembly is manufactured; the auxiliary machine equipment enters a site and is unloaded to a designated position, and T-shaped reinforced wing plates are welded to the two sides of an auxiliary machine equipment base; the direction of the auxiliary machine equipment is adjusted, and the auxiliary machine equipment slides to the position above a foundation; auxiliary machine equipment is jacked from the two sides of the base, the sliding tool platform assembly above the foundation is dismounted, and an auxiliary machine is arranged in place; and final adjustment and acceptance are conducted. The auxiliary machine equipment unloading scheme is optimized through the BIM technology and thethree-dimensional hoisting simulation software, workshop travelling cranes are used for being matched with auxiliary machine unloading in place, meanwhile, the auxiliary machine sliding distance canbe reduced, the auxiliary machine equipment moving speed is increased, and the installation efficiency of auxiliary machine equipment in the limited space is effectively improved.

    本发明提供了一种受限空间内大型机组附属设备的快速安装方法,通过对空压机厂房进行现场勘察,建立实景BIM模型;利用三维吊装模拟软件,优化辅机设备进场卸车方案;依据辅机设备卸车位置,选择辅机设备滑移就位路线,制作滑移工装平台组件;辅机设备进场卸车至指定位置,在辅机设备底座两侧焊接T型加筋翼板;调整辅机设备的方位,将辅机设备滑移至基础上方;将辅机设备从底座两侧顶升,拆除基础上方的滑移工装平台组件,辅机就位;最后调整验收。本发明通过BIM技术和三维吊装模拟软件优化辅机设备卸车方案,利用厂房行车配合辅机卸车就位,同时可以减少辅机滑移距离,加快辅机设备挪移速度,有效提高了辅机设备在受限空间下的安装效率。
