The flexible film cover is sealed in a thermoplastic edge sealing mode to form a cubic space, air insideand outside the cover can be effectively prevented from permeating, so that the air cleanliness and gas components inside the container can be effectively controlled, and the requirement for the long-term storage environment of a spacecraft is met. The volume of the flexible storage container can reach 6m * 6m * 8m, the flexible storage container is convenient to build, safe and reliable, the service life is as long as 3 years, a good environment space can be provided for long-term storage of large spacecrafts, and meanwhile, the flexible storage container is convenient to disassemble and store.
本发明公开了一种大型航天器长期贮存过程中使用的柔性贮存容器及其构造方法,柔性贮存容器由柔性薄膜罩及悬挂柔性薄膜罩的骨架组成,柔性薄膜罩通过热塑封边形式进行密封形成一个立方体空间,能有效隔绝罩内外的空气相互渗透,从而可以有效控制容器内部的空气洁净度及气体成分,进而满足航天器长期贮存环境的需求。本发明的柔性贮存容器容积可达长6m×宽6m×高8m,搭建方便、安全可靠,使用寿命长达3年,可以为大型航天器长期贮存提供良好的环境空间,同时方便拆卸及存放。
