The invention relates to a submersible active supporting structure in offshore facilities. The submersible active supporting structure is composed of a plurality of hollow concrete bodies. The hollowbodies are connected together through sections or beams; water can flow from one hollow body to another hollow body through the section or the beam; the structure is further provided with a pump system for adjusting the inclination of the structure according to the overturning moment, and a component for adjusting the immersion depth and used for adjusting the water volume in the hollow body so that in the working state, the gravity center of the structure is lower than the buoyancy center of the structure, and the cross section area of the structure at the waterline is smaller than the sum ofthe cross sections of the hollow body submerged into water. In addition, the assembly can also be operated by adopting a traditional mooring system or a single mooring point system capable of enabling the assembly to be arranged on the windward side of the assembly. Finally, in order to be installed in a shallow water area, a special design can be adopted to enable the assembly to be located on the seabed, and thus loads on the seabed are reduced or even eliminated.
