The invention relates to an active wheel windshield ring system capable of reducing wind resistance. The active wheel windshield ring system comprises a fender, the outer edge of the fender is connected with a plurality of air ring pieces in a sliding mode, and a driving assembly for driving the air ring pieces to slide on the fender is arranged between the air ring pieces and the fender. An actively-controlled wheel gear air ring structure is adopted, and the wind resistance coefficient of the whole vehicle is dynamically optimized according to requirements.
