The invention discloses a control method for semi-active suspension of a cab of a heavy truck. The control method comprises the steps: (1), installing acceleration sensors at related positions of a cab and a truck frame to obtain speed and acceleration signals of the cab and the truck frame; (2), calculating the damping force of a ceiling according to the speed and acceleration signals; (3), calculating an expected damping force for supporting the four damping-adjustable shock absorbers of the cab through the ceiling damping force; (4), respectively calculating the actual damping forces of thefour shock absorbers according to the expected damping force required by each shock absorber and the relative movement speed of the two ends of each shock absorber; (5), respectively calculating therequired current according to a relationship among the actual damping force, the relative speed and the current; and (6), inputting the calculated current to each shock absorber to realize the controlof semi-active suspension in the cab. The semi-active suspension control method for the cab has the advantages that the semi-active suspension control method for the cab is simple, vibration of the center of mass of the cab in the vertical direction, the roll angle and the pitch angle can be effectively restrained within a certain frequency range, and the cab is made to have good riding comfort.

    本发明公开了一种用于重卡驾驶室半主动悬置的控制方法,步骤为:1)在驾驶室和车架的相关位置处安装加速度传感器来获取驾驶室和车架的速度和加速度信号;2)通过速度和加速度信号计算天棚阻尼力;3)通过天棚阻尼力计算出支撑驾驶室四根阻尼可调减振器的期望阻尼力;4)根据每根减振器所需的期望阻尼力和其两端的相对运动速度分别计算出四根减振器实际阻尼力;5)根据实际阻尼力、相对速度和电流大小三者的关系分别计算出所需的电流大小;6)分别对各个减振器输入所计算的电流大小,实现驾驶室半主动悬置的控制。该方法简单,能够在一定频率范围内有效的抑制驾驶室质心垂直、侧倾角和俯仰角的振动,使驾驶室具有较好的乘坐舒适性。
