The invention discloses a self-adaptive control method for a cooling electronic fan of a pure electric bus driving system. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1), when a key signalis equal to 1, enabling a cooling system to be in a power-off mode; (2), when the key signal is equal to 2, enabling the cooling system to enter an awakening mode; (3), when the key signal is greaterthan or equal to 3, self-checking an electronic fan, and entering a waiting mode after the self-checking is finished; (4), after entering a waiting mode, not entering a driving mode, enabling a waterpump and a fan not to work, and only when the motor or the motor control temperature is greater than a set threshold value, enabling the water pump to intervene in working in advance and stopping working until the motor and motor controller temperature is lower than the set threshold value; and (5) when detecting that the whole vehicle enters the driving mode, enabling the water pump, enabling the electronic fan to enter the working mode, and enabling the PWM of the electronic fan to be equal to max (PWM1, PWM2). The method is simple in control, low in cost, easy to implement, suitable for cooling the electronic fan of the pure electric bus driving system and capable of effectively avoiding excessive energy consumption of the cooling system.

    本发明公开一种纯电动客车驱动系统冷却电子风扇的自适应控制方法,具体包括:(1)钥匙信号=1时,冷却系统处于下电模式;(2)钥匙信号=2时,冷却系统进入唤醒模式;(3)钥匙信号>=3,电子风扇先自检,自检结束进入等待模式;(4)进入等待模式后,未进入驱动模式,水泵与风扇均不工作,仅当电机或电机控制温度大于设定阈值时,水泵会提前介入工作直至电机与电机控制器温度低于设定阈值才停止工作;(5)当检测到整车进入驱动模式时,水泵使能,电子风扇进入工作模式,电子风扇PWM=max(PWM1,PWM2)。该方法控制简单、成本低、易实现,适用于纯电动客车驱动系统冷却电子风扇,可有效避免冷却系统过度耗能。
