The invention discloses a new energy automobile battery bracket. The battery bracket structurally comprises a mounting plate, a supporting rod, a placing mechanism, a fixing plate and an upper clamping frame, wherein the upper surface of the mounting plate is welded with the bottom of the strut; the bottom corner end of the blade battery extends into the corner bracket; the soft board is extrudeddownwards; the mounting firmness of the bottom corner end of the blade battery and the interior of the corner bracket is improved; while the soft board is pressed down, an extrusion plate is extruded,and the air bag film is bulged; a supporting force is applied to the bottom of the bottom angle end of the blade battery; left and right side surfaces of the top of the blade battery are limited through two sides of the inner wall of the frame clamp; then the left and right side surfaces of the top of the blade battery extrude the elastic sheet; the extrusion rod extrudes the interior of the spring pipe sleeve, then the extrusion rod drives the middle end of the elastic piece to rebound through the resilience force of the spring pipe sleeve, the left side surface and the right side surface ofthe top of the blade battery are firmly attached through the elasticity of the elastic piece, and the bottom corner end of the blade battery is prevented from being collided and damaged.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车电池托架,其结构包括安装板、支杆、放置机构、固定板、上夹架,安装板上表面与支杆底部相焊接,刀片电池的底角端伸入到角托架内部,将软板往下进行挤压,增大了刀片电池底角端与角托架内部的安装牢固性,软板下压的同时,对挤压板进行挤压,使得气囊膜进行鼓起,对刀片电池底角端的底部施加一个承托力,通过框夹内壁两侧对刀片电池顶部左右两侧表面进行限位,接着刀片电池顶部左右两侧表面对弹片进行挤压,挤压杆在弹簧管套内部进行挤压,接着通过弹簧管套的回弹力,使得挤压杆带动弹片的中端进行回弹,并且通过弹片自身的弹力对刀片电池顶部左右两侧表面进行牢牢的贴合,防止刀片电池底角端发生碰撞破损。
