The tower crane inclination measuring method comprises the following steps: collecting a tower crane image through image collection equipment, and identifying and segmenting the collected image to obtain a tower body picture; the method comprises the steps that a tower body picture is obtained, then straight line feature detection is conducted on the tower body picture, a main contour straight line of a tower body is obtained through the clustering process, finally, the main contour straight line of the tower body and a preset project establishment straight line are calculated, an average difference value is obtained, and the tower crane inclination angle is obtained. Comparing the inclination angle of the tower crane with a safety threshold value, and judging whether the inclination angleof the tower crane is in a safety state or not; the tower crane measuring efficiency is improved, the measuring difficulty is reduced, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
本发明一种塔吊倾斜度测量方法,通过图像采集设备采集塔吊图像,首先对采集图像进行识别和分割,得出塔身图片;然后对塔身图片进行直线特征检测,之后通过聚类过程得到塔身的主要轮廓直线,最后将塔身的主要轮廓直线与预设立项直线进行运算,求得平均差值,并以此求得塔吊倾斜角度;并且将塔吊倾斜角度与安全阈值作比较,判断塔吊倾斜角度是否处于安全状态;本发明提高了塔吊测量效率以及减少了测量难度,并降低了安全隐患。
