The invention discloses a three-prevention integrated environmental control subsystem which comprises a booster fan, an exhaust fan, a first filter, a second filter, a third filter, an air-air heat exchanger, a tail end purification module, a toxin filtering module, a three-way regulating valve, a first electric air valve, a second electric air valve, a third electric air valve, a fourth electricair valve and the like. A subsystem I, a subsystem II, a subsystem III and a subsystem IV are formed by designing a simplified path, and correspond to four functional channels of 'external circulation+ pressurization + purification', 'external circulation + pressurization + filtration', 'internal circulation + purification' and 'exhaust emission + back pressure' respectively, and work of all thesubsystems is coordinated according to environmental index factors such as cabin internal air pressure and CO2 concentration. The functions of pressurization, toxin filtration, purification, fresh airand energy recovery and the like are integrated into one subsystem, the structure is compact, integration is realized, safety of passengers can be effectively protected, and a solution is provided for novel security equipment.

    本发明公开了一种三防集成环控分系统,包括有增压风机、排风机、第一过滤器、第二过滤器、第三过滤器、空-空换热器、末端净化模块、滤毒模块、三通调节阀、第一电动风阀、第二电动风阀、第三电动风阀和第四电动风阀等,通过设计精简路径,形成子系统Ⅰ、子系统Ⅱ、子系统Ⅲ和子系统Ⅳ等4个子系统,分别对应“外循环+增压+净化”、“外循环+增压+滤毒”、“内循环+净化”和“废气排放+背压”4种功能通道,同时依据舱内气压、CO2浓度等环境指标因素,协调各子系统工作。本发明将增压、滤毒、净化、新风和能量回收等功能整合为一个分系统,结构紧凑,实现集成化,能有效地保护乘员的安全,为新型保障装备提供一种解决方案。
