The invention relates to an integrated commercial vehicle AMT rear auxiliary synchronizer and a control method. According to the synchronizer, a low-gear conical ring and a low-gear conical hub are made into an integrated structure, and in the aspect of the assembly relation, the influence of the part number and the dimensional chain tolerance during assembly ON the control precision is reduced. The adopted control method comprises the steps that electromagnetic valve ON/OFF control is changed into PWM control, the cylinder cavity pressure of a gear shifting execution cylinder at different motion stages is adjusted by selecting different PWM pulse widths, and therefore the purpose of adjusting the motion speed of a gear shifting execution mechanism is achieved.
本发明涉及一种一体式商用车AMT后副同步器及控制方法,该同步器,通过将低档锥环和低档锥毂做成了一体式结构,在装配关系上,减少了零件数目及装配时尺寸链公差带来的控制精度的影响。采用的控制方法是:将电磁阀ON/OFF控制,改成PWM控制,并通过选用不同的PWM脉宽,调整换挡执行气缸在不同运动阶段的气缸腔室压力,从而达到调整换挡执行机构的运动速度的目的。
