The invention discloses an oil cylinder pulley type winch. The oil cylinder pulley type winch comprises a lazy arm assembly; a winch main body is mounted inside the lazy arm assembly, and a driving oil cylinder is mounted on the outer side of a lazy arm; the winch main body comprises a first mounting plate, a telescopic oil cylinder, a second mounting plate and two sets of pulley block mechanisms;the first mounting plate is connected with one end of the telescopic oil cylinder, the second mounting plate is connected with the other end of the telescopic oil cylinder, the first mounting plate is fixed to the lazy arm assembly, and the two sets of pulley block mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the winch main body. The oil cylinder pulley type winchhas the positive effects that the winch has the advantage of avoiding overweight hoisting; due to the fact that the hoisting power of the winch is provided by a hydraulic system, therefore, when goodswith unknown weight are hoisted, the weight of the goods exceeds the load capacity of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic system can automatically release pressure and discharge oil, and the situation that a motor of the electric winch is burnt out when a crane is overloaded for hoisting is avoided.

    油缸滑轮式卷扬机,包括吊臂总成,吊臂总成内部安装卷扬机主体,吊臂外侧安装驱动油缸;卷扬机主体包括第一安装板、伸缩油缸、第二安装板和两组滑轮组机构,第一安装板与伸缩油缸的一端连接,第二安装板与伸缩油缸的另一端连接,第一安装板与吊臂总成固定,两组滑轮组机构对称设置于卷扬机主体的左右两侧。本发明的积极效果在于:它具有避免超重起吊的优点,由于其起重的动力由液压系统提供,因此,在吊装重量不明的货物时,既使货物的重量超过液压系统的负荷能力,液压系统也会自动泄压排油,不会出现有吊机超载起吊时将电动卷扬机的电机烧坏的情况。
