The invention discloses a building pipe material elevator. The building pipe material elevator structurally comprises a base, a supporting column, a loading and lifting arm, a driving motor and a pipelifting device. The supporting column is arranged at the upper end of the base. The loading and lifting arm is located at the top end of the supporting column. The driving motor is welded to the rearend of the loading and lifting arm. The pipe lifting device is connected with the loading and lifting arm through a steel wire. The pipe lifting device comprises an outer ring body, an inner pipe clamping device and a rubber pad. The inner pipe clamping device comprises a steel wire fixing block, a pipe clamping hole, a clamping block, a clamping device and a buckling block. The clamping device comprises an empty groove, a screw rod, a connecting rod and a reset spring. The screw rod comprises a threaded body, a rotary handle and a lower ejection block. According to the building pipe materialelevator, the top end of a pipe material is arranged in the pipe clamping hole, then the screw rod is rotated to move downwards, thus, the conical lower ejection head can drive the clamping block tomove towards the inner side of the pipe clamping hole, and the pipe material is clamped; and during loading and lifting, the pipe material vertically droops under the influence of the gravity of the pipe material, and the situation that the pipe material swings and rotates during loading and lifting can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种建筑管料提升机,其结构包括底座、支撑柱、装吊臂、驱动电机、吊管装置,底座的上端设有支撑柱,装吊臂位于支撑柱的顶端,驱动电机焊接在装吊臂的后端,吊管装置通过钢丝与装吊臂相连接,吊管装置包括外环体、内夹管装置、橡胶垫,内夹管装置包括钢丝固定块、夹管孔、夹紧块、夹紧装置、卡合块,夹紧装置包括空槽、螺旋杆、连接杆、复位弹簧,螺旋杆包括螺纹体、旋转把手、下顶块,本发明利用将管料的顶端置于夹管孔中,再通过旋转螺旋杆向下移动,使得圆锥状的下顶头能够带动夹紧块向夹管孔的内侧移动,从而对管料进行夹紧,使得在装吊的时候,管料受自身重力的影响垂直向下垂,能够避免管料在装吊的时候出现摆动与旋转的情况。
