The invention relates to the technical field of submersibles, in particular to a shearing device automatically releasing a buoyant raft. The device comprises an enclosure frame, a mounting mechanism for mounting the enclosure frame on a submarine is fixed on the enclosure frame; a glue pressing block capable of floating up and down is arranged in the enclosure frame; a rubber block is loaded between the upper end of the glue pressing block and the enclosure frame; a roller capable of rotating freely is fixed on the enclosure frame through a mounting frame; a horizontal shearing bolt is inserted and fixed in the glue pressing block; the head of the shearing bolt is clung to the rolling surface of the roller; the other end of the shearing bolt is mounted on the buoyant raft; an annular groove is formed in a shaft body of the shearing bolt in the circumferential direction. A shearing plate is fixed on the enclosure frame; a strip-shaped hole is formed in the shearing plate, the hole length direction is the vertical direction, the shearing bolt vertically penetrates through the strip-shaped hole, when the shearing bolt floats upwards, the peripheral wall of the shearing bolt located between the annular groove and the glue pressing block can abut against the inner wall of the upper end groove of the strip-shaped hole, and the shearing bolt is automatically sheared off through buoyancy borne by the buoyant raft when a submarine dives.
