The invention relates to the technical field of automobile braking and further discloses an intelligent control composite braking device and a braking method thereof. The device including a brake pedal, a push rod is arranged on one side of the brake pedal; a main cylinder piston is arranged on one side of the push rod; one side of the push rod is fixedly connected with a brake main cylinder; oneside of the brake main cylinder is fixedly connected with a first oil pipe; calipers are arranged at one end of the first oil pipe; a brake disc is clamped to the inner wall of the calipers, a hub isfixedly mounted on the front face of the brake disc, a mounting plate is fixedly welded in the caliper, a second oil pipe is fixedly connected to one end of the first oil pipe, auxiliary brake cylinders are arranged at the two ends of the second oil pipe respectively, auxiliary cylinder pistons are fixedly mounted in the auxiliary brake cylinders, and piston grooves are fixedly formed in the peripheries of the auxiliary cylinder pistons. According to the intelligent control composite braking device and the braking method thereof, the electro-hydraulic hybrid braking is adopted, the braking speed is high, the braking precision is high, the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and the intelligent control degree and the braking safety performance of a vehicle are improved.

    本发明涉及汽车制动技术领域,且公开了一种智能控制复合制动装置及其制动方法,包括制动踏板,制动踏板一侧设置有推杆,推杆一侧设置有主缸活塞,推杆一侧固定连接有制动主缸,制动主缸一侧固定连接有油管一,油管一一端设置有卡钳,卡钳内壁卡接有制动盘,制动盘正面固定安装有轮毂,卡钳内部固定焊接有安装板,油管一一端固定连接有油管二,油管二两端分别设置有制动副缸,制动副缸内部固定安装有副缸活塞,副缸活塞外周固定安装有活塞槽。该智能控制复合制动装置及其制动方法,使用电液混合制动,制动速度快、制动精度高,且结构简单、制造成本较低提高了智能化控制程度和车辆的制动安全性能。
