The invention discloses a power output control device for a hydrogen fuel cell power system. The power output control device comprises a DC/DC converter, wherein the DC/DC converter is used for converting a first voltage power supply output by a hydrogen fuel cell into a second voltage power supply as an output power supply of the hydrogen fuel cell power system; an isolation sampling module monitors electric signals of the first voltage power supply and the second voltage power supply to obtain first power supply sampling data and second power supply sampling data; a reference power calculation module acquires real-time reference power of the hydrogen fuel cell power system at the maximum efficiency point according to the first power supply sampling data and the second power supply sampling data; and a DSP control module sends a power output electric signal to the isolation MOS driving module according to the real-time reference power; and the isolation MOS driving module outputs a PWM signal to the DC/DC converter in response to the power output electric signal so as to control the DC/DC converter to output the second voltage power supply according to the real-time reference power. As the DC/DC converter is kept working at the maximum efficiency point, the conversion efficiency of the hydrogen fuel cell power system is higher, and more energy is saved.
