    本发明的一种城市道路交通拥堵程度评价方法、系统及存储介质,包括:选取目标路段,划分多个标准小段,计算这些标准小段的对应路况等级指标;基于连续标准小段的路况等级指标,设定拥堵阈值,利用拥堵源头计算算法寻找拥堵源头;根据所述拥堵段的路况等级指标,计算此拥堵源头的交通阻尼系数;基于实时计算的交通阻尼系数,计算此路段在此时间段内的平均受阻值;积累一定时间历史数据后,计算路段的历史最大平均受阻值,并计算受阻指数。本发明可实时记录拥堵产生的路段内的拥堵源头导致状态不连续造成的对交通段造成的阻力大小,可直观反映道路的拥挤程度,以及拥堵随时间变化蔓延、扩散以及消失的过程,为拥堵控制策略的制定提供决策依据。
