The invention discloses a vehicle speed prompting method and system based on real-scene image haze concentration perception. The method comprises the steps: monitoring the movement speed of a measuredvehicle by using a radar tachymeter; acquiring a live-action image by using a camera, and sending the image to a controller, wherein the controller is used for achieving instruction sending and speedlimit value calculation of the whole system; dynamically displaying the real-time speed and the speed limit value of the tested vehicle by using a display screen; and presetting a haze concentrationsensing module in the controller and enabling the haze concentration sensing module to be used for calculating the haze concentration from the live-action image and converting the haze concentration into a corresponding vehicle speed limit value. According to the prompting method, vehicle speed limit prompting is automatically completed in real time in hazy days based on an intelligent image analysis method, and the problem that highway traffic accidents frequently occur due to vehicle overspeed in severe weather is solved.
本发明公开了一种基于实景图像雾霾浓度感知的车速提示方法及系统,利用雷达测速仪监测被测车辆的运动速度;利用摄像头获取实景图像,并将图像发送给控制器;所述控制器用于实现对整个系统的指令发送及限速值计算;利用显示屏动态显示被测车辆的实时速度和限速数值;所述控制器内预设有雾霾浓度感知模块,用于从所述实景图像中计算雾霾浓度并转化为对应的车速限速值。本发明提示方法基于智能图像分析方法在雾霾天自动实时的完成车辆限速提醒,解决恶劣天气下因车辆超速导致高速公路交通事故频发的问题。
