The invention discloses a double-head safety lifting device for drilling and workover. The device comprises a frame. One side of the frame is fixedly provided with a shell. The upper end of the shellis fixedly provided with two sets of fixed pulley blocks. Movable pulley blocks are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the shell. The movable pulley blocks are slidably connected tothe shell through sliding components. The shell is provided with a driving component for driving the sliding components to drive the movable pulley blocks closer to or away from the fixed pulley blocks. The device does not have the length of an extension part of a hydraulic lever during the whole working process, so that the overall installation size is small, the structure is stable and the safety is high. A T-shaped screw and the movable pulley blocks are threadedly connected to make the driving component have self-locking ability to prevent a load on a steel wire rope from falling down in an uncontrollable state. The overall structure is simple, easy to install, use, maintain and operate, has a high degree of automation, and can detect the working status of the double-head safety lifting device for drilling and workover in real time.

    本发明公开了一种钻井、修井双头安全提升装置,包括机架,机架的一侧固定设置有壳体,壳体的上端固定设置有两组定滑轮组,壳体上位于壳体的左右两侧分别设置有动滑轮组,动滑轮组通过滑动组件与壳体滑动连接,壳体上设置有用于驱动滑动组件带动动滑轮组靠近或远离定滑轮组的驱动组件,本发明在整个工作过程中没有液压杠杆伸出部分的长度,使其整体安装尺寸小,并且结构稳固,安全性高,采用T型螺杆和动滑轮组T型螺母螺纹连接,可使该驱动组件具有自锁能力,防止钢丝绳上的负载重物在不可控状态下滑落,并且整体结构简单,安装、使用、维护、操作方便,其自动化程度高,可对该钻井、修井双头安全提升装置的工作状态进行实时检测。
