The invention discloses a crane boom buffering and stopping system which comprises a crane boom, a load-carrying trolley and stopping devices, wherein the load-carrying trolley is arranged on let andright lower chords of the crane boom, the stopping devices are symmetrically arranged on the two lower chords of the crane boom, and each stopping device comprises a first limiting plate, a second limiting plate, a stopping plate and locking elements. The first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are fixedly connected and are close to two adjacent surfaces of a lower chord. The first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are equipped with lockholes. The locking element is an L-shaped bolt. The first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are locked on the lower chord by the locking elements through utilization of the nut. The stopping plate is perpendicular to the lower chord of the crane boom and is fixedly connected with the first limiting plate or the second limiting plate. The side of the stopping plate directly facing the load-carrying trolley is equipped with a buffering and stopping block. The buffering and stopping block directly faces a collision point ofthe load-carrying trolley. The crane boom buffering and stopping system provided by the invention is convenient to install and is high in safety coefficient.

    本发明公开了一种起重臂缓冲止挡体系,包括起重臂、载重小车和止挡装置,其特征在于,所述载重小车安装在起重臂的左右两下弦杆上,所述止挡装置对称安装在起重臂的两个下弦杆上,止挡装置包括第一限位板、第二限位板、止挡板和锁紧件;所述第一限位板和第二限位板固定连接,且并紧贴下弦杆的相邻两表面,所述第一限位板和第二限位板设有锁孔,所述锁紧件为L型螺栓,锁紧件通过螺母将第一限位板和第二限位板锁紧固定在下弦杆上,所述止挡板垂直起重臂的下弦杆,并与第一限位板或第二限位板固定连接,止挡板在正对载重小车的一面安装有缓冲止挡块,且所述缓冲止挡块正对载重小车的碰撞点。本发明起重臂缓冲止挡体系安装方便,安全系数高。
