The gap-eliminating and shock-reducing structure comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, wherein the upper shell is connected with the lower shell to form a hollow cavity; the inner wall of the bottom end of the lower shell extends upwards to form a first clamping and fixing strip; a plurality of first reinforcing ribs are arranged between the first clamping and fixing strip and a frame of the lower shell; the first clamping and fixing strip, every two adjacent first reinforcing ribs and the frame of the lower shell define a fixed cavity with the upper end open; a plurality of clamping and fixing keys are arranged in the upper shell, the plurality of clamping and fixing keys are sequentially arranged along a frame of the upper shell, and a clamping gap is formed between every two adjacent clamping and fixing keys; andwhen the upper shell is matched with the lower shell, the clamping and fixing keys are clamped and fixed in the fixing cavities, and the first reinforcing ribs are clamped and fixed in the clamping gaps. Due to the facts that the clamping and fixing strip, the reinforcing ribs and the fixing cavities are arranged, the fixing cavities are matched with the clamping and fixing keys, and meanwhile, the clamping gaps mesh with the reinforcing ribs, the problem of original torsional dislocation between the upper shell and the lower shell during match of the unmanned aerial vehicle is solved, and theinternal stress condition of the unmanned aerial vehicle is more balanced.

    本发明公开了一种无人机消隙降震结构,涉及无人机技术领域。包括上壳体、下壳体,上壳体与下壳体连接形成中空的腔体;下壳体底端内壁向上延伸有第一卡固条,第一卡固条与下壳体边框之间设有若干第一加强筋,第一卡固条与相邻两个第一加强筋、及下壳体边框之间环绕形成上端开口的固定腔;上壳体内设有若干卡固键,若干卡固键沿上壳体边框依次排列设置,相邻卡固键之间形成卡隙;上壳体与下壳体相配合时,卡固键卡固于固定腔内,第一加强筋卡固于卡隙内。通过设置卡固条、加强筋并形成固定腔,再与卡固键配合,同时卡隙与加强筋之间进行咬合,解决了无人机配合时上下壳体之间原本存在的扭转错位问题,使无人机内部受力情况更为均衡。
