The invention discloses a cargo compartment bottom plate device based on lightweight technology. The cargo compartment bottom plate device based on the lightweight technology comprises a right bottomplate assembly, a left bottom plate assembly and a lifting hinge seat assembly, the right bottom plate assembly and the left bottom plate assembly are welded together through base plates in a full penetration mode, eight cross beam assemblies, two longitudinal beam assemblies and two corner assemblies are arranged on each of the right bottom plate assembly and the left bottom plate assembly, and the cross beam assemblies, the longitudinal beam assemblies, the corner assemblies and the bottom plate assemblies are welded together through full penetration. According to the cargo compartment bottom plate device based on the lightweight technology, the bottom plate device is formed by welding the left bottom plate assembly, the right bottom plate assembly and the lifting hinge seat assembly, all butt joint positions are welded in a full penetration mode with base plates, the welding quality is high, and the production rate is high; the whole bottom plate device is light in weight design andreasonable and compact in structure, and the fuel economy and the production efficiency are improved; and the four corners of the bottom plate device adopt corner assembly structures, the rigidity isgood, the impact resistance is high, and the service life of a whole cargo compartment is prolonged.
