Provided are: an electric brake system in which the accuracy of control of wheel cylinder pressure by a liquid amount supply device can be increased; a liquid pressure control circuit; and a liquid amount control circuit. This electric brake system is provided with: a liquid pressure control circuit which acquires a detection value from a liquid pressure detection section for detecting liquid pressure within a master cylinder, and which controls the drive of an electrically driven actuator so that a target liquid pressure corresponding to a braking command is generated in the master cylinder;a liquid amount control circuit which drives a liquid amount supply device disposed between the master cylinder and the wheel cylinder, thereby controlling the amount of liquid to be supplied to the wheel cylinder; and a storage circuit which stores liquid amount characteristics which are the characteristics of a liquid amount corresponding to the detection value. The liquid amount control circuitcontrols the liquid amount supply device on the basis of the liquid amount characteristics having been stored in the storage circuit.
