The invention discloses an electric cabinet for a new energy automobile. The electric cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a cabinet cover and an electric cabinet element installed in the cabinet body. An air inlet sleeve is installed on a side end surface of the cabinet body, a filter screen is installed on the inner side of the air inlet sleeve, an air inlet pipe is installed on the side end surface of the air inlet sleeve, and a plurality of sets of heat discharging holes are formed in the outer end surface of the cabinet body. In the invention, firstly, a bracket type supporting structure isadopted so that heat dissipation can be better carried out on the electric cabinet element; therefore, the heat dissipation performance of the electric cabinet element is improved; secondly, heat dissipation is carried out on the electric cabinet element through automobile driving; moreover, a physical structure based on a thermal expansion and cold contraction principle is adopted, automatic adjustment of an air inlet amount is achieved, and convenience of air inlet amount adjustment is improved; and finally, through clamping of the grooves, the electric cabinet element can be installed onlyby fixing a top cover net plate through bolts, and therefore the convenience of installation of the electric cabinet element is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于新能源汽车的电控箱,包括箱体、箱盖和安装在箱体内部的电控箱元件,所述箱体的侧端面安装有进风套,且进风套的内侧安装有过滤网,并且进风套的侧端面安装有进气管,所述箱体的外端面具有多组排热孔。本发明中,首先,采用托架式支撑结构,从而能更好的对电控箱元件进行散热,由此提升了对电控箱元件的散热性能,其次,通过汽车行驶对电控箱元件进行散热,并且,采用热涨冷缩原理的物理的结构,实现进风量的自动化调节,提升了进风量调节的便捷性,最后,通过槽的卡合,只需通过螺栓将顶盖网板固定后即可完成对电控箱元件的安装,由此提升了对电控箱元件安装的便捷性。
