The invention discloses a helicopter wind tunnel test bed balance rotation calibration loading device, which comprises a test device, a tension fixed pulley block, a horizontal fixed pulley and a weight disc, wherein the test device comprises a device table, a torque balance, a rotor balance, a rotor shaft, a dynamic torque sensor, a brake and a brake support; the rotor balance is arranged on thedevice table, the torque balance is arranged on the rotor shaft, and the torque balance is connected with the rotor shaft through a diaphragm coupling; the rotor shaft penetrates through the device table and the rotor balance, and the upper end of the rotor shaft is connected with the brake through the dynamic torque sensor; the brake is connected with the rotor balance through the brake support;the tension fixed pulley block is arranged above the brake; the horizontal fixed pulley is arranged on the side of the brake; and the weight disc is arranged at the tail end of a pulley rope. By adopting the helicopter wind tunnel test bed balance rotation calibration loading device and the calibration loading method, rotor balance and torque balance calibration coefficients in a rotation state can be given.
