The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment and discloses an automatic unhooking mechanism for the hoisting equipment. The mechanism comprises a suspended lifting hook, whereinan oil storage cavity is formed in the top end of the suspended lifting hook, an elastic pressing plate is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the oil storage cavity, a hoisting pulley is fixedly mounted in the middle of the top end of the suspended lifting hook, an oil inlet is formed in the top of the inner cavity of the oil storage cavity and communicates with the interior of the hoisting pulley, a supporting connecting rod is arranged at one side of the top end of the suspended lifting hook in a threaded connection mode, and an unhooking sliding plate is clamped to the middle of an inner cavity of the suspended lifting hook. According to the automatic unhooking mechanism for the hoisting equipment, through the arrangement of an arc-shaped curved surface structure of the bottomof an inner cavity of the unhooking sliding plate, when the unhooking sliding plate slides upwards under the action of elastic force of a return spring, a rope suspended on the suspended lifting hookcan abut against the edge position of the suspended lifting hook all the time till the rope completely separates from the suspended lifting hook, and therefore the stability and smoothness of the automatic unhooking mechanism in the using process is further improved.

    本发明涉及吊装设备技术领域,且公开了一种用于吊装设备的自动脱钩机构,包括悬挂吊钩,所述悬挂吊钩顶端的内部设有储油腔,所述储油腔内腔的底部设有弹性压板,所述悬挂吊钩顶端的中部固定安装有吊装滑轮,且储油腔内腔的顶部设有通油孔与吊装滑轮的内部相连通,所述悬挂吊钩顶端的一侧螺纹连接有支撑连杆,所述悬挂吊钩内腔的中部卡接有脱钩滑板。该用于吊装设备的自动脱钩机构,对于脱钩滑板内腔底部弧形曲面结构的设置,使得脱钩滑板在复压弹簧的弹力作用下向上滑动时,致使悬挂在悬挂吊钩上的绳索可以一直靠着其边缘位置直至绳索完全脱离悬挂吊钩,进一步地提高了该自动脱钩机构在使用过程中的稳定性及流畅性。
