The invention discloses a helicopter horizontal rotor shock absorber. The helicopter horizontal rotor shock absorber comprises a mounting sleeve and a mounting main shaft used for mounting the mounting sleeve, wherein the mounting sleeve is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the mounting main shaft in a sleeving mode. The helicopter horizontal rotor shock absorber is characterized in thata plurality of mounting grooves distributed in an annular array mode are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the outer side wall of the mounting main shaft, and horizontal rotor wing bodiesare slidably connected to the inner side walls of the mounting grooves. The mounting sleeve, the first fixed sleeve plate, the mounting cavity, the first piston column, the communication port, the second piston column and the elastic buffer part are matched with one another; in the vibration process, the elastic connecting piece can drive airflow in the second buffer cavity to change, so that airpressure change in the first buffer cavity is changed, then the second piston column is driven to move, the airflow can drive the elastic buffer piece to move through movement of the second piston column, deformation of the elastic buffer piece is reduced, and therefore vibration of the horizontal rotor wing body in the vertical direction is reduced.
